Wholesale pricing
Bulk prices apply at or above each product’s MOQ with tiered slabs. Retail quantities can be checked out directly up to each product’s retail limit.
Quotes
Bulk quantities require an approved quote before checkout. Approvals carry a limited validity window shown on the quote; expired approvals need a fresh request.
Payments
All orders are prepaid via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Paid state is confirmed by the payment provider before fulfilment.
Business verification
GSTIN details are verified against the business profile. Checkout stays open while verification is pending, and every order ships with a GST invoice.
